Statement of Application


  • I hereby apply for membership in the Clearwater Kennel Club, Inc. I have selected the type of membership I am seeking and have paid the required application fee.
  • I understand that I must attend two (2) meetings within six (6) months. My application for membership will be submitted for a vote at the third meeting I attend.

I agree to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws of the Clearwater Kennel Club, Inc. and those of the American Kennel Club. I further agree to support the Club’s objectives and mission, which include promoting the interests of all breeds of purebred dogs, protecting and advancing their welfare, encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials under American Kennel Club rules, and conducting myself in a manner befitting a fancier of purebred dogs.
